OFFER OVERVIEW

The CommBox S5 & Neo Offer ("the Offer") is available to eligible schools and educational institutions in Australia and New Zealand that submit a valid purchase order (PO) to an authorised CommBox reseller or distributor on or before 30 June 2026.

The Offer applies to the CommBox Classic S5 and CommBox Neo interactive panels and includes the following benefits for qualifying purchases:

Current pricing locked in before the July 1 price increase. Stock secured and held for the school's rollout timeline. 7 year warranty — 5 years standard CommBox warranty plus 2 additional years at no extra cost.

ELIGIBILITY

The Offer is available to schools and educational institutions in Australia and New Zealand only. It is not available in any other territory, including Pacific Island nations. It is available via authorised CommBox resellers and distributors only. Direct purchases from CommBox do not qualify unless expressly agreed in writing.

To be eligible, the purchasing school or institution must submit a valid PO to an authorised CommBox reseller or distributor on or before 30 June 2026. Orders received after this date will not qualify for the Offer terms and will be subject to current pricing at the time of order.

PRICING

Current pricing is guaranteed for purchase orders received and accepted by CommBox or an authorised CommBox distributor on or before 30 June 2026.

Orders received after this date will be subject to revised pricing. CommBox reserves the right to amend or withdraw pricing at any time prior to order acceptance.

Important: Price increases are expected to take effect from 1 July 2026 due to global supply chain pressures. CommBox makes no guarantee as to the exact level of any price increase beyond the current offer period.

7 YEAR WARRANTY

The 7 year warranty ("Extended Warranty") consists of the standard CommBox 5 year warranty plus an additional 2 year extension provided at no extra cost as part of this Offer.

The Extended Warranty applies to qualifying CommBox Classic S5 and CommBox Neo purchases with a confirmed purchase order received on or before 30 June 2026.

Standard CommBox 5 year warranty terms and conditions apply to all purchases. The 2 year extension is activated at point of sale — the Extended Warranty applies from the original date of purchase. The Extended Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchasing institution only. For full warranty terms please refer to the CommBox Warranty Statement available at commbox.com.au. Resellers and distributors: Please ensure eligibility criteria are communicated clearly to customers at point of sale. Warranty queries should be directed to CommBox support — same business day help desk support is available before 3PM AEST.

STOCK, DELIVERY AND STORAGE

CommBox will use reasonable endeavours to fulfil orders placed before 30 June 2026 at current pricing. Stock availability is subject to change and CommBox does not guarantee availability of specific models or sizes.

Under this Offer, schools are encouraged to take delivery of stock prior to installation and store it on site until the project is ready to proceed. This allows schools to lock in current pricing and secure their allocation without being constrained by project timelines or school holiday installation windows.

Important — storage responsibility: By accepting delivery of stock prior to installation, the purchasing school or institution accepts full responsibility for the safe storage of equipment on site. CommBox accepts no liability for loss, damage or theft of stock held at the customer's premises prior to installation. Schools should ensure appropriate storage facilities and insurance coverage are in place before accepting delivery.

Delivery terms, lead times and logistics are subject to the terms agreed between the school and their authorised CommBox reseller or distributor. CommBox is not responsible for third party delivery or logistics arrangements.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

This Offer is available in Australia and New Zealand only and is not available in any other territory. This Offer is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other CommBox promotion unless expressly stated in writing by CommBox. CommBox may amend or withdraw this Offer at any time without notice. CommBox reserves the right to verify eligibility and decline applications that do not meet the qualifying criteria. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
